EXAMINATION & ITS CRITERIA
There are Six Examinations(4-Internal and 2-Internal Exam.) during the year. Report on conduct, progress and attendance are furnished from time to time to the parents/guardians to keep them informed about the performance of their children in school.
Pupils absent from the examination or test for any reason are not re-examined and lose the mark. If they are absent without grave reasons or previous written permission they will be regarded as having failed.
If a pupil does not have seventy five present of attendance he/she will not be allowed to appear for the exams.
A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in this school.
A student found copying or using unfair means, even if discovered subsequently, is treated as failed.
A student who fails to be promoted shall thereby forfeit, for the ensuing year any concession in the fees and may be advised to leave the school, particularly if his/her conduct has not been satisfactory.
Good conduct, regularity and punctuality in attendance and a sense of responsibility are essential requisites for promotion.
For sufficient reason such as unsatisfactory progress in studies, serious misconduct, dishonesty or absence from a test or examination, non-payment of fees, a pupil’s name may be withdrawn from the list of candidates, even after he/ she has passed the preliminary examination.
The results of examination are final and cannot be reconsidered.
Answer papers of final exams shall not be shown. Parents and students should not contact the office regarding this matter.
